Job Description: Digital Media Account Executive
Position Overview:
The Digital Media Account Executive is a key role within the Communication and Media department, responsible for managing and developing client relationships, driving digital media strategies, and ensuring successful execution of digital campaigns. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a deep understanding of digital media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all digital media-related matters.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored digital media strategies to meet their goals.
3. Plan, manage, and execute digital media campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, and email marketing.
4. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.
5. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital media to identify new opportunities for clients.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
7. Liaise with internal teams, such as creative, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of digital media campaigns.
8. Collaborate with media vendors and negotiate pricing and terms to maximize campaign reach and efficiency.
9. Stay informed about current market conditions, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to identify potential business opportunities.
10. Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards for digital media advertising.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in digital media planning, execution, and campaign management.
3. Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, including social media, search engine marketing, display advertising, and email marketing.
4. Proficient in using digital media tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex digital media concepts to clients and internal teams.
7. Strong client relationship management skills with a customer-centric approach.
